Are Dogs Permitted?
Absolutely. We welcome all kids – no matter how many legs they have. Well-behaved children (furry or not) are welcome on the patio, our grassy play area, and inside the taproom, as long as they avoid designated brewing areas.
We ask that you please clean up after your children – no matter how many legs they have, or how furry they be.
Is it family-friendly?
Absolutely. We welcome all kids – no matter how many legs they have. Human kids love playing with the many toys and games we have on our kids’ wall. They can also play on the airplane teeter-totter, or in the grassy area by the creek.
Please always supervise any children you are responsible for.
Do you offer food?
We do not have a kitchen. However, we partner with many local food vendors and food trucks for yummy munchies on the weekends. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook to see who’s serving up what, when.
You are welcome to bring your food, as well. There are a variety of carry-out options in Sperryville. Or, feel free to bring a picnic for the lawn.
Is there outdoor seating?
Yes! We have a large patio with homemade bamboo shade. And, our large grassy area offers river views with tables and chairs.
Do you fill growlers?
Yes! You bring ‘em, we fill ‘em. Sometimes we have some on-site to purchase.
We also offer a mini-keg for purchase. We will fill it for you anytime you return. This is the BEST way to take home beer and get that on-tap experience.
Do you have live music?
On the weekends, we love welcoming local bands and musicians. We hope to make connections with more! Please reach out if you would like to perform at Vedtiz.
What are your hours?
Our hours can vary depending on the season. Primarily, we are open 11-8p Thursday through Sunday. However, please check the homepage for the most current seasonal hours.
Do you offer anything other than beer?
Currently, we only offer beer. We are a brewery. There is always fresh filtered mountain water available. And, our food vendor partners often have non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see who might be onsite.
